‘THE DOCK’ BY THAMMACHART SEAFOOD MAKES THEIR DEBUT AT MARCHE’ DE QUARTIER
Bangkok, Thailand – Renowned specialty seafood importer, Thammachart Seafood, and its latest restaurant concept, ‘the DOCK’ by Thammachart Seafood, are proud to be featured in The Mall Group’s latest event, Marchéde Quartier –The Greatest Food Festival of the Year, which took place from November 19th to the 22nd, 2015 at EmQuartier. The event included three distinguished Michelin star chefs that were specifically invited to participate in their own pop-up restaurants. Thammachart Seafood was delighted for the opportunity to work alongside with such exceptionally talented chefs.
‘the DOCK’s pop-up restaurant included classic favorites, such as the “Lobster with Butter,” the “Lobster Roll,” as well as their special twist on the classic in their “Lobster Fiesta Roll,” exquisite seafood dishes like the signature “Scallop Au Gratin,” and a wide variety of fresh flavorful seafood skewers.
The event generated an overwhelming number of participants, especially on opening night. All guests from seafood lovers to VIP guests were thoroughly impressed with their food. While Marché de Quartier has concluded, the delectable dishes from Thammachart Seafood’s pop-up restaurant can still be found at ‘the DOCK’ by Thammachart Seafood at three prime locations in the heart of Bangkok: Emporium, EmQuartier and Siam Paragon.
Great care takes place when selecting the perfect seafood products to serve to customers. The owners, Julian Davies and his wife,Yeeran G. Davies, frequent the best seafood locations such as New Zealand and Scotland to choose the most fresh, perfect specimens to bring back.
“We take immense pride in hand-selecting the best products,” said Julian. “The whole process of traveling to foreign countries for quality seafood is a part of our life as a family now. Sometimes we bring our child with us in hopes of passing down our passion for exquisite, delicious seafood.”
